Job summary

PACS in California is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our clinical team. The role requires following established policies, conducting patient assessments, and planning outcomes of care aligned with hospital standards.

You will perform interventions, document findings, and collaborate with interdepartmental staff while maintaining confidentiality and patient safety. Current licensure and certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Associate Degree from an accredited school.
• Must be a Graduate of a respiratory care program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner license for the practicing state (if applicable).
• Must hold current CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Receive and follow schedule and instructions from supervisor.
• Assess patient signs, symptoms, and physiological changes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret health data and document diagnoses.
• Plan outcomes of care and implement interventions per plan.
• Adhere to facility policies, safety, and infection control procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and report changes to supervisors.
