Intermountain Health in Brighton, Colorado, seeks an RN Charge Nurse to provide leadership and clinical expertise on their shift. You will coordinate resources to ensure appropriate staffing and deliver patient-centered care within regulatory and professional standards.

You will mentor staff, ensure timely documentation, and drive continuous quality improvement while maintaining safety and efficiency on the unit.

Qualifications

• RN license to practice in state of practice.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Unit-specific certification (ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Experience in assigned clinical area.
• Mentoring experience.
• BSN within 4 years of hire/promo (if needed).

Responsabilités

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status.
• Gather information from patient, family, physician and team.
• Develop an individualized plan of care with education.
• Prepare patient for follow-up care and referrals.
• Direct the care team via delegation and coordination.
• Set priorities and manage time, supplies, and resources.
