IntelliResume is seeking a Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) in Red Bank, NJ, to join Hackensack Meridian Health. The CRN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care within an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in critical care or ED, NJ RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification. Telemetry preferred. This full-time day-shift position offers a competitive salary and opportunities to mentor staff.

Formación

• 3+ years of critical care or emergency department nursing experience.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Active New Jersey RN license; BLS/HCP required; ACLS required; telemetry certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated patient care.
• Maintain cooperative relationships among healthcare teams through effective communication.
• Collaborate and provide clinical input for bed placement.
• Prioritize ED throughput to inpatient units.
• Proactively round on and assist nurse residents and new skills.
• Manage patients at risk for clinical deterioration through surveillance and house rounding.
• Assess and provide recommendations for patient care.
• Assist with clinical troubleshooting and high-risk nursing interventions.
• Provide support during rapid response and inpatient code blue calls.
• Mentor nursing staff in managing complex patient challenges.

Requirements
