Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. seeks a Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) to support critical care and ED patients.

The CRN will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients, coordinating with care teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. Ideal candidates are licensed RNs in New Jersey with at least 3 years in critical care or emergency settings, BLS, and ACLS.

Qualifications

• RN license in New Jersey required.
• Minimum of 3 years of critical care or emergency department nursing experience.
• Telemetry certification, Titratable and Non-titratable drugs.
• Exhibits self-direction and use of a broad knowledge base, critical thinking, delegation, problem solving skills and protocol development.
• Exceptional verbal and non-verbal, written and listening skills; adapt communication style to audience and work collaboratively.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple complex situations.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite).

The Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the nursing care for patients he/she is called to care for.

1. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, current registered nurse license in the State of New Jersey
2. Minimum of 3 years of critical care or emergency department nursing experience
3. Telemetry certification, Titratable and Non-titratable drugs
4. Exhibits self-direction and use of a broad knowledge base, critical thinking, delegation, problem solving skills and protocol development
5. Exceptional verbal and non-verbal, written and listening skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences and function in a collaborative role
6. Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple complex situations simultaneously
7. Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: Licenses and Certifications Required:
