Harris Health System, Inc. seeks a Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) to assess, plan, develop, implement and evaluate education activities and competency validation for the assigned department. The CRN demonstrates expert clinical knowledge and supports system-level nursing initiatives.

As a member of the nursing leadership team, the CRN leads quality improvement activities and mentors staff, ensuring safe and efficient patient care across Harris Health's units.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
• Licensed to practice nursing in Texas.
• NPD-BC certification required within two years of employment.
• BLS from AHA-approved program.
• Other unit-certificates as required by the role.
• Five years of clinical experience in related area.
• Two years of leadership/management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word and basic office software.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate education activities and competency validation for the assigned department.
• Lead clinical care programs and nursing initiatives at the unit level.
• Support quality improvement and effective human resources management within the department.
• Promote professional nursing practice and uphold ServiceFIRST patient interactions.
