Job summary

Ceribell, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Researcher to oversee open projects focused on data acquisition and investigator-initiated studies at partner institutions.

You will be the central contact for research partnerships, ensuring scientific integrity and timely execution to support product and clinical evidence development. You will work with EEG data, study design, data cleaning, and publication processes, while coordinating across PI teams, contracts, and operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with brain-derived data (EEG or neuroimaging) in a research or clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of the medical research process, including study design, data collection, and publication.
• Proficiency in data cleaning and curation, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clinical research projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Data Acquisition and Investigator-Initiated Studies: guide studies from proposal to publication and coordinate with PIs, clinical teams, contracts, and operations.
• Internal Data Curation: manage external EEG and clinical data from partner sites, perform quality checks, clean data, and prepare it for algorithm development.
• Data Analysis and Publication: perform preliminary analyses and contribute to or lead publications based on findings.
