Ceribell is seeking a Clinical Researcher to oversee open projects focused on data acquisition and investigator-initiated studies at partner institutions. The role coordinates research partnerships, ensures scientific integrity, and drives completion of critical projects that advance Ceribell's product and clinical evidence development.

Qualifications

• Experience with brain-derived data such as EEG or neuroimaging in research or clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of the medical research process, including study design and publication.
• Experience managing clinical research projects from inception through launch and completion.
• Attention to data cleaning and data curation with meticulous detail.

Responsibilities

• Guide studies from proposal to publication by coordinating with investigators and teams to launch studies.
• Actively manage ongoing studies, track data integrity, and monitor publication progress.
• Manage external EEG and clinical data flow from partner sites, perform initial quality checks, and prepare data for analysis.
• Perform preliminary data analyses and contribute to publications based on findings.
