Advanced Brain Monitoring in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to help bring non-invasive EEG-based studies to life across a diverse portfolio focusing on cognitive health and brain function. The ideal candidate has hands-on EEG experience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, with sleep EEG or sleep-wake study experience highly valued.

You will work with research teams, train technicians, troubleshoot equipment, and help ensure data and product quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in clinical or EEG research.
• Hands-on EEG data acquisition experience.
• Experience with sleep EEG, polysomnography, or related sleep assessments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support studies from start-up through close-out.
• Conduct non-invasive EEG procedures with human participants and monitor assessments.
• Train and support technicians on EEG equipment, procedures, and SOPs.
• Perform EEG studies in-house and offsite as needed.
• Identify and communicate critical study issues, risks and deviations.
• Assist with recruitment and study assessments as required.
