Job summary

DelRicht Research is seeking a Clinical Research Technician to ensure patients have a fun, positive, and comfortable experience at our Gulfport clinic. You will support visits, maintain 100% protocol compliance, and assist with recruitment and enrollment into clinical trials.

You will be the main point of contact for sponsors and CROs, ensuring timely data entry and clear communication while upholding our standards of quality, compliance, and physician trust across site operations.

Qualifications

• B.S or B.A from any accredited university.
• 1 year of professional experience preferred.
• Experience in a clinical, patient-facing role is preferred.
• Onsite Monday-Friday position.
• Coffee drinkers preferred. tea drinkers accepted.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patients have a fun, positive, and comfortable experience at the clinic.
• Complete patient visits accurately and in accordance with trial protocols.
• Recruit and enroll patients into clinical trials and monitor visits.
• Lead and main point of contact for Sponsors and CROs for all trials; maintain clear communications.
• Ensure timely data entry for clinical visits into multiple online systems.

Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for our patients and ultimately our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved! Clinical Research Technician's Main Objective

• Patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience at our clinic
• Patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently, maintaining 100% compliance with clinical trial protocols
• Patient recruitment and enrollment into clinical trials
• Ensuring patients come to and complete their clinical trial visits throughout the study
• Data Entry timely and accurately entered for clinical visits into multiple online systems
• Lead and main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials
• Ensuring Sponsors and Clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at our clinic and assuring we are always providing clear, constant communication with them when they are off site
• Maintaining Physician Trust - You are seen as a go to, knowledgeable resource to our physicians including ensuring the physician is well informed of their schedule and updated on all current clinical trial patients and protocols

Skills needed to win

• Required: B.S or B.A from any accredited university
• Preferred: 1 year of professional experience
• Preferred: Experience in a clinical, patient-facing role. Customer service experience is also highly desirable.
• This is an onsite Monday-Friday position.
• Coffee drinkers preferred... tea drinkers accepted.

Job Type: Full-Time 40+ hrs — Location: On-site in Gulfport, MS — Salary: $50,000-$55,000
