The Clinical Research Coordinator will work closely with patients and clinical teams, learning quickly and adapting to protocols and site expectations across multiple sites in the United States.

• Provide an excellent patient experience during clinic visits.
• Ensure visits are completed accurately and efficiently per trial protocols.

• Enter clinical and visit data timely into required systems and documentation platforms.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with patients, physicians, and stakeholders.

DelRicht Research is seeking a candidate who is excited about patient care and clinical research! This position is ideal for someone who wants to work closely with patients and clinical teams. We’re looking for someone who learns quickly, communicates confidently, and adapts well to change. Candidates with experience in healthcare, patient care, customer service, or other fast-paced professional environments may bring highly transferable skills to this position - no previous research experience is required!

DelRicht is a clinical research company dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience to all patients that participate in our clinical trials. Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for our patients and ultimately our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved! We hold our team members to a high standard of excellence and are looking for energetic, positive, quick learners to be a part of our team. Presently our network stretches across 33 sites throughout the United States in 18 states.

Overall, the Clinical Research Coordinator is responsible for delivering an excellent patient experience while driving accurate, efficient study execution, ensuring:

• Patients have a positive, professional, and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic
• Patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently, with close adherence to clinical trial protocols and site expectations
• Patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment activities are supported with a strong focus on follow-through
• Patients are guided through the study journey to help ensure they attend and complete required visits
• Clinical and visit data are entered timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platforms
• Patients, physicians, and other stakeholders receive clear, timely communication

Skills Needed to Win

• 1+ years of professional experience
• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a decisive, solutions-oriented approach to fast-moving or uncertain situations
• High attention to detail and ability to stay organized across competing priorities
• Ability to quickly learn protocols, systems, and clinical workflows
• A collaborative, patient-focused mindset
• Nice-to-have experience includes: Exposure to healthcare, patient care, or clinical trials (nurse, medical assistant, or medical scribe experience is ideal!); comfort with clinical documentation and charting; experience with blood draws, ECGs, and vital signs

8am-5pm, Monday through Friday

Salary Range

$50,000-$55,000
