Job Responsibilities
  1. Assists with identifying and recruiting potential research study subjects; determines eligibility according to the IRB/protocol approved methodologies, coordinates study procedures, and monitors the progress of research studies or projects.
  2. Conducts study visit activities and coordinates screening, consenting, and scheduling of tests, exams, and assessments involving study subjects; manages follow-up activities based on protocols.
  3. Records study data, samples, and results in databases; maintains and validates data; produces reports for study stakeholders.
  4. Monitors study team compliance with protocols and SOPs; submits regulatory paperwork; communicates with PIs and investigators about protocol concerns or changes.
  5. Assists in developing communication strategies for recruitment and participant information materials.
  6. Stays current on regulatory affairs and research best practices through continuing education.
  7. Provides additional support such as budget assistance, invoicing, billing compliance, and patient billing resolution.
  8. May support or guide less experienced staff.
Qualifications

Education / Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in science or health-related field with 1 year experience OR
  • Associate's degree in allied health with 3 years experience
