UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks a Registered Nurse for clinical research nursing. Under physician and nursing leadership, you will provide direct nursing care for a diverse patient portfolio in inpatient and outpatient settings, coordinate study procedures, and assist with regulatory documentation.

The role emphasizes patient safety, protocol adherence, and collaboration with investigators, nursing staff, and the broader research team. Texas RN licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN approved Nursing program.
• 2 years of clinical nursing experience; may substitute relevant clinical research experience on a one-to-one basis.
• Current BLS certification and RN licensure in Texas upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care for clinical research inpatients and outpatients.
• Coordinate study procedures and enrollment under physician/PI guidance.
• Support regulatory aspects of studies and maintain essential study documentation.
• May supervise nursing staff and other support personnel as needed.
• Communicate with research team and institutional stakeholders to ensure patient safety and protocol adherence.
