Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of NLN (National League for Nursing) approved Nursing program.
• Experience: 2 years of clinical nursing experience or relevant clinical research experience.
• Licenses and Certifications: BLS current; RN licensure in Texas upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care and data collection for clinical research studies.
• May guide nursing staff and other personnel involved in research activities.
• Assists in patient recruitment and obtains informed consent as per study protocol.
• Monitors patient responses to therapy and reports adverse events to the team.
• Maintains regulatory documents and supports IRB submissions and study compliance.
• Assists in specimen handling, data entry, and protocol adherence across inpatient and outpatient settings.
