Job summary

The University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine seeks a Manager Research Project B to lead strategic planning and day-to-day management of a large, multi-year, patient-centered trial, coordinating activities with internal and external collaborators.

You will develop protocols, oversee data collection and quality control in REDCap, supervise staff, manage budgets, ensure IRB compliance, and report progress to leadership and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree plus relevant experience in research projects.
• 5–7 years (or 3–5 years with Master’s) of experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience with behavioral interventions.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of study protocols and oversee implementation of study workflows.
• Oversee data management activities, including data collection and quality control.
• Monitor regulatory compliance, IRB correspondence, and incident reporting.
• Coordinate study meetings and communications with investigators, site staff, and stakeholders.
