Project Manager and Project Director to ensure smooth launch, protocol development, and effective study workflows across internal and external collaborators. You will supervise research staff, manage budgets, ensure IRB compliance, and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant experience required.
• Experience with behavioral interventions required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of study protocols and manage detailed study operations.
• Oversee data management, quality assurance, and reporting activities.
• Coordinate budgets, staffing, training, and regulatory compliance.
