Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by PA State Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field with ADN.
• Two years’ experience in a research or clinical environment.
• Working knowledge of medical and research terminology.
• Regulatory awareness of Federal Regulations for Human Subjects in research.

Responsibilities

• Plans, initiates, coordinates, implements, and oversees clinical trials within LGHealth Research Institute under PI supervision.
• Coordinates daily clinical trial activities and conducts studies in compliance with regulations.
• Monitors progress, maintains records, and prepares reports for investigators, management, sponsors, and regulatory bodies.
• Provides regulatory oversight for IRB submissions and continuous reviews; maintains regulatory documents.
• Develops recruitment strategies and conducts informed consent processes per GCP, FDA, and IRB guidelines.
• Maintains inventory of study supplies and accountability for investigational products.
• Collaborates with other research staff and mentors new personnel involved in clinical protocols.
• Coordinates patient assessments according to protocol standards and ensures accurate data collection.
