Job summary

Allina Health is a not-for-profit health system serving Minnesota and western Wisconsin. This position supports the AHCI Research Program in Minneapolis with day shifts, 1.0 FTE (80 hours per two-week pay period) and no weekend work.

The role provides strategic and operational leadership for ethical conduct of clinical research trials, coordinating regulatory and contractual processes, feasibility/start-up, and IRB/document submissions, across multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life sciences or Nursing is required.
• 2+ years of experience in clinical research.
• RN license in MN required if Nursing degree is held.

Responsibilities

• Oversee conduct of clinical research studies.
• Coordinate regulatory and contractual processes for studies.
• Lead feasibility and startup activities for new studies.
• Ensure regulatory submissions and IRB documents are up to date.
• Provide guidance and tools for study conduct and documentation.
• Assist in developing study-specific order sets and amendments.
• Train and mentor staff on protocol procedures and regulatory requirements.
