Job summary

The role leads data analysis, publications, and multicenter coordination.

The incumbent will manage staff, coordinate with the data manager, and help interpret findings for dissemination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related areas.
• Minimum of 3 years of directly related experience.
• Broad knowledge of clinical, laboratory and behavioral research and research philosophy.
• Demonstrates project management skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing people with diverse backgrounds and skills; training others.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise staff; hire, train, and evaluate personnel.
• Serve as main liaison between field operations and study leadership.
• Direct Community and Scientific Advisory Boards and pilot test study tools.
• Coordinate data management and analysis with the data manager.
• Prepare and disseminate study products such as conference presentations and manuscripts.
• Author study protocols, forms, and IRB applications; maintain approvals.
• Organize regular investigator and project staff meetings; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Oversee staffing, performance management, and programmatic workflow.
