Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of Medical Assistant experience, preferably in a dermatology environment.
• CCRC certification required.
• IATA and GCP certifications or ability to procure quickly.
• Supervisory experience in a medical setting required.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• High school diploma or above.
• BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the clinical research program.
• Coordinate start-up, budgets, implementation, and close-outs.
• Liaise with principal investigators, sponsors, and facilities required for monitoring and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with protocols, regulations, and guidelines.
• Monitor patient safety and study reports to ensure quality and integrity.
