Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Clinical Research Program/Project Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of multiple clinical research projects. You will oversee staff, coordinate across sites, and ensure timely delivery of study milestones and budgets.

The role requires prior clinical research experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required or Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of research-related experience; supervisory experience 1–2 years preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with project management tools (Airtable, REDCap, Smartsheets, Zoom, MS Teams).

Responsibilities

• Drive overall project management of multiple clinical research studies.
• Coordinate site engagement across multiple health systems and practices.
• Lead team and stakeholder coordination across disciplines.
• Facilitate clear, timely communication among study leadership, investigators, clinicians and partners.
• Support community outreach, study meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Collaborate with Clinical Research Coordinators to ensure on-time deliverables.
