Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute clinical research projects and initiatives that support industry-sponsored research, investigator engagement, and research growth.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Bring together cross-functional teams, including investigators, research operations, data and analytics teams, sponsors, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress against goals, proactively identify barriers, elevate risks, and help implement solutions.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for assigned projects, helping stakeholders stay aligned and accountable for deliverables.
  • Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and governance discussions; document decisions, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and leadership communications that support transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Collect, review, and support completion of regulatory and operational documentation required for study startup and implementation.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Research Project Manager to help lead and coordinate industry-sponsored clinical research initiatives from startup through execution. In this role, you will serve as a key connection point among investigators, research teams, sponsors, and institutional stakeholders-helping studies move forward efficiently, thoughtfully, and in alignment with project goals.

This is an opportunity for a highly organized, collaborative project manager to contribute to research growth, operational excellence, and meaningful stakeholder engagement. You will manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional work, support process improvements, and help ensure that research projects are delivered with clarity, accountability, and high-quality communication.

What You'll Do

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Contribute to improvement initiatives focused on research efficiency, stakeholder engagement, process standardization, and service excellence.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, project documentation, and operational workflows that help teams work consistently and effectively.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership regarding project progress, risks, opportunities, and outcomes.
Collaboration and Sponsor Engagement
  • Serve as a primary liaison, when needed, between industry sponsors, investigators, subject matter experts, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Support and lead project meetings, sponsor discussions, site visits, and stakeholder working sessions, ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
  • Support the development and management of project scopes, budgets, proposals, statements of work, and sponsor deliverables.
  • Coordinate communication plans and provide regular project updates to leadership, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the team and organizational goals.
  • Follow institutional policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to support compliant research operations.
Qualifications

Experience 3-5 years of research-related experience required.

Working Conditions
