The University at Buffalo is seeking a research coordinator to work under the PI/Chair of Medicine to manage funded studies. You will coordinate recruitment, visits, retention, and ensure IRB/HHS compliance while supporting training and hiring of staff.

Your role includes developing databases (REDCap/Excel), preparing grant documents, managing IRB submissions, and assisting with data analysis and dissemination at national and international meetings.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master’s Degree in a science, public health, or related field is preferred.
• Experience with human subjects recruitment, community-based research, and manuscript development.

• Manage study coordination including recruitment, visit conduct, and retention of human subjects.
• Ensure adherence to HHS and IRB policy and oversee team workload.
• Support training of postdocs, fellows, and students on procedures and SOPs.
• Develop electronic databases for studies and assist with grant submissions.
• Manage IRB processes and ClinicalTrials.gov updates.
