Job summary

Kelly Science and Clinical FSP in Irvine, CA is seeking a Clinical Franchise Project Coordinator to support a Clinical Research Franchise team. This role involves coordinating documentation, managing administrative processes, facilitating cross-functional communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of franchise activities across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, eager to learn, and capable of collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences, healthcare, or related field.
• Experience supporting clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, or medical devices is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and record management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CTMS or electronic document management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide documentation support for clinical project teams, including formatting, tracking, finalizing, and maintaining study documents and related materials.
• Coordinate administrative activities for the Clinical Research Franchise, including training coordination, records management, and due diligence documentation.
• Schedule and support recurring team meetings.
• Process and organize purchase orders and invoice requests through accounts payable systems.
• Assemble, distribute, and archive critical study and project documentation.
• Support internal systems and databases, including CTMS and reporting tools.
