Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to independently manage Phase I–IV oncology/hematology trials, ensuring protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety. You will coordinate visits, procedures, and sponsor communications, while maintaining audit-ready study files across CBSC clinic locations in LA/Orange County.

The role requires 3–5 years of CRC experience in oncology, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with EDC, CTMS, EMR, and sponsor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience in oncology/hematology.
• Experience coordinating Phase I–IV oncology trials in a clinical research setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and independently manage all aspects of assigned oncology/hematology trials from screening through close-out.
• Serve as primary contact for study participants and coordinate protocol-required visits and procedures.
• Review medical records to identify eligible participants and facilitate informed consent.
• Maintain source documentation and complete eCRFs/EDC/CTMS in sponsor timelines.
