The University of Chicago's Clinical Research Center is seeking a CRC Nurse who will support a diverse range of studies, from multicenter trials to observational research. Reporting to the CRC Nurse Manager, you will perform nursing assessments, administer study medications, and monitor participant safety during visits.

This at-will role requires a BSN and 2–5 years in related work, adherence to ICH-GCP, data management, and collaboration with physicians, coordinators, and lab staff to advance

Qualifications

• BSN required; 2–5 years in related field preferred.
• Solid understanding of clinical research and patient care.
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and data integrity procedures.

Responsabilités

• Works with research participants across the lifespan (pediatric to geriatric).
• Provides direct patient care: nursing assessments, protocol procedures, administering study medications and monitoring safety.
• Collects and manages data: records clinical data and supports audits and monitoring.
• Collaborates with physicians, coordinators, and lab staff to support study progress.
• Educates participants and families on procedures and timelines.
• Adheres to ICH-GCP guidelines and patient-centered care standards.
• Reports adverse drug reactions and safety concerns to the PI and study team.
• Interprets information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition and treatment plans.
