Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Research Nurse to coordinate research studies and manage day-to-day trial operations. You will recruit volunteers, maintain inventories, interact with physicians and monitors, and collect and analyze data in compliance with regulations.

The role supports training and mentorship within Mercy Research. Required is a Nursing Diploma/Associate's/Bachelor's degree with active RN licensure; 2–3 years nursing experience depending on degree.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma, Nursing Associate's degree or Nursing Bachelor's degree.
• Licensure: Registered Nurse with valid license in state of practice
• Experience: 2 years nursing experience for bachelor's degree, 3 years nursing experience for Associate's degree or diploma program.
• Minimum Required Qualifications Education: Nursing Diploma, Nursing Associate's degree or Nursing Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks related to clinical trials.
• Recruit volunteers and interact with physicians, nurses, staff and patients.
• Maintain drug/device/supply inventory and interact with sponsors/CROs.
• Assist in training and preceptor duties; ensure compliance with regulations.
