Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Research Nurse (RN) to coordinate clinical trial activities, ensure participant safety, and maintain accurate study data. You will work closely with investigators, sponsors, and study participants to support compliant and successful research outcomes.

The role requires RN licensure in the state, nursing degree, and hands-on nursing experience, with a focus on patient recruitment, education, and coordination of visits and procedures.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree (Diploma, ADN, or BSN) and active RN license in the state of practice.
• Clinical trial coordination experience or willingness to learn regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and data collection skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical research activities and patient visits.
• Screen, consent, educate, and monitor study participants.
• Administer investigational products and perform protocol procedures.
• Ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Collect, document, and maintain accurate study data and source records.
• Monitor participant safety and report adverse events as required.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and research staff.
