Job summary

Mercy Research is seeking a Clinical Research Nurse to coordinate clinical trials, manage daily operations and assist in training. Responsibilities include volunteer recruitment, data collection, inventory control and communications with physicians, monitors and sponsors.

You will work under Mercy standards, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality study execution. RN licensure and relevant research experience are required to support trial enrollment and patient care.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or diploma with RN licensure in state of practice.
• 2–3 years nursing or related clinical trial experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic patient assessments and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day clinical trial operations for Mercy Research.
• Recruit volunteers and manage study documentation and data.
• Maintain drug/device/supply inventories and liaise with sponsors and CROs.
• Comply with local, state and federal regulations and Mercy standards.
