Qualifications

• Nursing degree and RN license in state of practice.
• 2+ years nursing experience for BS or 3+ years for diploma/associate.
• Ability to perform basic patient assessments and vitals.
• Excellent communication with healthcare professionals and patients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for Mercy Research studies.
• Recruit volunteers and manage study logistics.
• Maintain drug/device/supply inventory and liaise with sponsors/CROs.
• Collect, document and analyze clinical research data in compliance with regulations.
• Assist in training and preceptor duties.
