Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle, WA, seeks a CORS Autoimmune Clinical Research Nurse to support the implementation of the new cIMTX Autoimmune clinic. This 1.0 FTE, 40-hour week role requires clinical research nursing expertise and collaboration with the clinic and study teams to ensure protocol compliance and patient safety.

This onsite role is based at South Lake Union. The position requires a BSN, WA RN license, BLS, and at least 3 years of oncology experience.

Qualifications

• RN license in WA and BSN (or higher)
• Minimum 3 years oncology experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintains balance between care of the research participant, protocol requirements and compliance.
• Advocates for participants using clinical research nursing expertise.
• Documents in EHR with protocol-specific data entry and compliance.
• Coordinates with clinic nurses and study team to educate patients and families.
