Job summary

Alliance Clinical Network seeks an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator I to support planning, coordination, and execution of clinical studies in a healthcare setting. You will assist with participant screening, data collection, and coordinating study activities to ensure accuracy and quality.

Under supervision, you will help ensure studies comply with protocols, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines while protecting participant safety and data integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of clinical research principles.
• Strong organizational, time-management and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse populations.
• Experience in clinical research or healthcare settings preferred.
• Knowledge of GCP, HIPAA and FDA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute clinical research protocols under supervision.
• Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants per protocol.
• Schedule visits, procedures, and follow-ups with participants and clinical teams.
• Collect, record, and manage accurate data per regulatory standards.
• Communicate with participants to provide education and support adherence.
• Monitor progress and report adverse events or deviations to the team.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit regulatory documents; assist audits as needed.
