Job summary

Care Access is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to screen, enroll and monitor study subjects in compliance with GCP and regulatory standards.

You will manage data entry, document workflows, and coordinate site visits with investigators and sponsor staff, ensuring timely communication and adherence to study timelines. This role is onsite in the United States, with responsibilities across clinical trial activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Experience with GCP and regulatory requirements is essential.
• Strong documentation and data entry skills required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams and participants.

Responsibilities

• Screen, enroll and monitor study subjects following GCP and protocol.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate case report documentation.
• Coordinate pre-study/site initiation and monitoring visits with staff and Sponsor.
• Identify adverse events and promptly notify the Principal Investigator and Sponsor.
