Qualifications

• 3–4 years of clinical research experience with prior team leadership.
• Strong understanding of clinical study timelines and execution.
• Experience in ALS or cosmetic clinical research highly desirable.
• Familiarity with devices such as Cutometer, Tewameter, Corneometer, VISIA and Chromameter is a plus.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Clinical Research Coordinators and research staff.
• Oversee study timelines, documentation, trackers, and post-study activities for compliance and timely deliverables.
• Maintain daily presence in the clinic, providing operational support and guidance.

Position Overview: The Clinical Research Supervisor is a highly visible, hands‑on leadership role responsible for the successful day‑to‑day execution of clinical research operations at the Dallas site.
