Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Clinical Research Supervisor for a direct-hire position in the Dallas Metro area, TX. The role leads a team of Clinical Research Coordinators across 5-6 studies, ensuring study timelines, quality data, and sponsor relationships.

You will balance hands-on clinic operations with people leadership, drive continuous improvement, and coach staff to meet performance goals in a fast-paced, high-impact clinical setting.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of clinical research experience with prior team leadership.
• Strong understanding of clinical study timelines and execution.
• Experience in ALS or cosmetic clinical research highly desirable.
• Familiarity with devices such as Cutometer, Tewameter, Corneometer, VISIA and Chromameter is a plus.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Clinical Research Coordinators and research staff.
• Oversee study timelines, documentation, trackers, and post-study activities for compliance and timely deliverables.
• Maintain daily presence in the clinic, providing operational support and guidance.
• Manage a portfolio of studies while overseeing broader site operations.
• Ensure optimal workload management and resource utilization.
• Foster accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Address performance concerns and support professional development.
• Serve as a client-facing representative to sponsors and maintain sponsor relationships.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance study execution.
