DOCS Dermatology Group is seeking a motivated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our Pflugerville, Texas office. You will oversee recruitment, consent, data collection, and regulatory submissions for dermatology studies, ensuring compliance with protocols and ethical standards.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a life sciences field and at least 3 years of related experience, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, healthcare or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a clinical research coordinator or similar role.
• Experience with study start-up, contract and budget negotiations, and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage aspects of clinical research studies, including recruitment and consent.
• Collaborate with investigators and healthcare staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain compliant study documentation and regulatory submissions.
• Schedule visits, manage appointments, and monitor participant progress.
• Prepare study reports and communicate with sponsors and teams.
• Ensure participant safety and report adverse events per protocol.
