Job summary

Platinum Dermatology Partners is seeking a Research Coordinator to manage administrative aspects of clinical trials across multiple clinics. You will support PIs and sub-investigators, recruit and screen participants, collect specimens, and ensure protocol compliance and data integrity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with health sciences background, plus experience in clinical research;CERT/CRO designation is a plus. Travel to multiple sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; health sciences preferred.
• 3 years of prior experience in clinical research.
• Knowledge of IRB regulatory submission processes, GCPs, and CFR related to research.
• CCRСO designation a plus.
• Knowledge of phlebotomy techniques.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subject recruitment, screening, and enrollment per study protocol.
• Collect laboratory specimens and data, obtain informed consent, and maintain source documents.
• Monitor study timelines, perform data entry and QC, and participate in site visits/audits.
• Communicate with PI/sub-I and sponsors; report adverse events to IRB and sponsor.
