Job summary

Arcturus Healthcare - Internal Medicine Office in Troy seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator Assistant to support coordination of protocols, recruit and enroll subjects, and ensure compliance with GCP and HIPAA.

Under supervision of Research Manager and PI, you will assist with study procedures, data entry (CRFs/EDC), and preparation for audits while delivering excellent patient service in a team oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Biology, Pharmacology, or a health-related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word and Excel.
• Interpersonal and communication skills with sponsors, staff, patients and providers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with subject procedures and pre-study preparation.
• Read and understand research protocols and CRFs/EDC data entry.
• Participate in monitoring visits and review CRFs with sponsor.
• Communicate professionally with research subjects, team and providers.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a team.
