Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage daily activities for radiology-focused clinical research projects. You will screen records for eligibility, recruit and consent participants, and coordinate imaging procedures per study protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in biological sciences or related field; required.
• One year experience in clinical research; required.
• Imaging methodologies experience preferred; knowledge of medical terminology desired.
• Clinical research certification from an accredited agency desired; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform daily clinical research activities per approved protocols.
• Recruit, interview, and enroll patients; obtain informed consent.
• Schedule and coordinate patient care appointments, procedures, and imaging tests.
• Collect, process, and evaluate biological samples; assist with data collection and analysis.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report to appropriate personnel.
