Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of clinical research experience.
• Ability to coordinate multiple studies with regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication within interdisciplinary teams.
• Preferred: ACRP or SOCRA Certification; Clinical Research Training Certification; Phlebotomy Certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate studies to ensure FDA/OHRP/GCP compliance and institutional guidelines.
• Submit regulatory documents to IRB and committees on an ongoing basis.
• Maintain regulatory binders with current documentation.
• Explain study purpose, parameters, and requirements to participants with the PI.
• Provide study documents to sponsors, complete CRFs, and enter data accurately.
• Track adverse events and coordinate monitor visits per policy.
• Open new studies: feasibility, budgets, and workflow development.
• Recruit and consent study participants, ensure eligibility criteria are met.
• Schedule various procedures/tests per protocol and coordinate with teams.
• Educate participants and families on study procedures and dosing where applicable.
