Job summary

GAP Solutions Inc. seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to support NIH/NINDS activities in Maryland.

You will coordinate recruitment, scheduling, travel, and admissions for patients at the Clinical Center, serving as liaison between patients/families and the research team with NIH consultants. Responsibilities include developing protocol documentation, data collection, CRF design, and maintaining regulatory binders, while assisting investigators in study data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing and maintaining research protocol documentation and operations.
• Verify study participant information and collect data and results of testing.
• Assist staff develop, assemble related documentation and maintain regulatory binders for all protocols.
• Assist researchers design patient Case Report Forms (CRFs).
• Retrieve research related information from medical records and lab systems and create reports for study analysis.
• Prepare patient charts for clinic days and provide initial or follow-up assessment forms and labels.
• Schedule and coordinate outpatient and inpatient visits, diagnostic studies and medical tests.
• Provide continuity of care to patients enrolled on assigned protocols.
• Mentor new clinical research coordinators on all aspects of research support.
