Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in clinical scheduling and travel.
• Knowledge of clinical protocols and medical terminology.
• Ability to compose correspondence and prepare reports from raw data.
• Experience maintaining patient records and coordinating with clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, scheduling, travel and admission of study participants with clinical staff.
• Screen and schedule new research patient visits and procedures.
• Triage patient inquiries and route to appropriate team member.
• Maintain patient files and medical records in the EMR.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets for tracking protocol patients.
• Coordinate outside medical records and imaging submissions.
• Assist with training of staff on recruitment and coordination processes.
• Ensure data integrity and resolve scheduling conflicts.
