Job summary

Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator I for Neurology trials. You will coordinate seven studies, manage patient visits, and ensure protocol adherence within a busy clinical research environment on-site.

The CRCI will work closely with the Associate Director of Clinical Trials, CROO, CRU, and sponsors to maintain study timelines and data integrity. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of clinical trial coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with clinical trial experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Clinical Trial Coordinator or equivalent.
• Experience with neurology trials and patient care preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret patient medical records and trial protocols.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 7 studies within a portfolio of ~55 ongoing trials.
• Manage patient visits, scheduling, and protocol adherence.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and timely reporting of events.
• Enter data accurately in CTMS/oncore systems and communicate with sponsors.
