Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) I to join our Baltimore, MD research team. This full-time position coordinates all aspects of assigned clinical trials, from pre-study planning through patient visits and study documentation.

The CRC will maintain protocol knowledge, manage visit schedules, ensure proper medical evaluation, and work with data management to transcribe data into eCRFs while supporting sponsor monitoring and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 1-2 years of clinical trials/research experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages all aspects of assigned clinical trials from pre-study planning through completion of patient visits and study documentation.
• Coordinates and conducts patient/subject visit schedules and ensures appropriate medical evaluation and care.
• Works with data management to transcribe source data into eCRFs.
• Facilitates sponsor monitoring and database clean-up processes.
• Conducts clinical research in compliance with all applicable regulations, including GCPs and company SOPs.
