Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking an organized administrator to support daily operations of clinical research trial programs. You will assist with recruiting, training, and supervising staff, while managing program budgets and data systems.

Responsibilities include coordinating study protocols, obtaining participant consent, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience are required; CITI training within 90 days of hire is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years of related experience.
• CITI training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, enroll, and obtain consent from participants.
• Coordinate research protocols and appointments with other departments.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate study data; maintain databases and files.
• Identify and report obstacles in protocol implementation to investigators.
• Ensure compliance with IRB and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare IRB documents and write protocol reports with investigators.
• Develop program materials such as educational and marketing content.
• Maintain program timeline and track deadlines.
• Coordinate outreach activities and liaise with community organizations.
• Monitor study budgets and assist with funding opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
