Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator for a permanent role based in Orlando, FL, with travel between multiple sites. The position covers patient screening, consent, coordination, and data collection within clinical studies, ensuring regulatory compliance and robust documentation.

The ideal candidate has a healthcare/clinical research background, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year of clinical research experience, or an Associate degree with 2 years, or allied health certificate with 4 years in clinical research.
• Clinical research experience is required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, patient privacy, and research ethics.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Screen, recruit, consent, and coordinate research participants for clinical studies.
• Manage participant follow-up and study-related activities throughout the research lifecycle.
• Coordinate or perform biospecimen collection and research data collection.
• Maintain accurate research records and HIPAA-compliant databases.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, investigators, and study teams.
• Collaborate with clinical, laboratory, and hospital departments to ensure protocol and regulatory compliance.
• Support data entry, reporting, and research documentation activities.
• Assist with protocol implementation and adherence to SOPs and research standards.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $64480.00 - $72800.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
