Job summary

Seattle Children’s is seeking a motivated clinical research assistant to support the division's trials from organization through completion, maintaining regulatory documents and assisting the PI with protocol planning, site initiation visits, and monitoring in accordance with federal regulations and Good Clinical Practice.

The role emphasizes collaboration, attention to regulatory detail, and adherence to institutional guidelines while advancing pediatric research in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience in research or a related field/setting.
• Proficiency in a second language via a language assessment may be required for certain departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist the assigned division research team in the organization, implementation and completion of clinical research trials.
• Maintain regulatory documents and assist the PI in planning of protocol implementation and site initiation visits.
• Monitor routine clinical study activities and ensure compliance with federal regulations and Good Clinical Practice.
