Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks a Research Coordinator to support the Okuda Neuroinnovation Lab. You will coordinate patient/participant interactions, manage study procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance under PI supervision.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a medical or science field and at least one year of clinical research experience; CPR/BLS certification is preferred. Join a mission-driven team advancing brain research and novel therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in medical or science field.
• At least 1 year of clinical research experience; more may count.
• Licenses preferred: BLS and CPR AED; ACRP or SOCRA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with participants via phone, telehealth, or in person.
• Coordinate regulatory aspects to comply with FDA, policies, and PI oversight.
• Schedule procedures per protocol; assist with consent when needed.
• Screen, recruit, enroll, and follow subjects per protocol.
• Develop and maintain data collection tools and CRFs.
• Support development of research protocols and budgets.
