Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas invites applications for a Research Coordinator in the Okuda Neuroinnovation Lab. Under supervision of investigators, you will coordinate multiple clinical research studies, handle patient recruitment, data collection, and regulatory tasks to support study progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in medical or science related field.
• 1 year of clinical research experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly interacts with clinical research participants via telephone, telehealth or in person.
• Coordinate regulatory aspects of the trial including FDA, HIPAA, and university policies.
• Coordinate and schedule study procedures per protocol and track milestones.
• Screen, recruit, enroll and follow subjects per protocol; assist with the consent process.
• Maintain and coordinate data collection information required for each study; develop CRFs and data collection tools.
• Assist in developing and implementing research studies including writing clinical research protocols.
• Conduct study procedures per protocol with proper training and checkoffs to maintain scope of work.
• Monitors patient safety by reviewing records and ensuring appropriate reporting per HRPP standards.
