Job summary

Velocity Clinical Research, Inc. seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator I to conduct and manage clinical trials per protocol and GCP guidelines. You will coordinate start-up, recruitment, regulatory submissions, data entry, and safety reporting within Velocity SOPs.

Ideal candidates have a life sciences background with 1 year of relevant experience, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work effectively with sponsors, CROs, and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience in life sciences OR
• Associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience in life sciences OR
• High School Graduate with minimum of 3 years relevant experience in life sciences

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage clinical trials in accordance with protocol, GCP, ICH and SOPs.
• Coordinate start up, vendor management, recruitment, scheduling, data entry and regulatory documents.
• Communicate effectively with study team, sponsors, CROs and vendors.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and sponsor data.
• Ensure safety reporting and data integrity per protocol and SOPs.
