Job summary

Velocity Clinical Research, a full‑service clinical trial site network, seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator I to manage trials per protocol and GCP. You will recruit, screen, and follow subjects, coordinate procedures, and ensure data accuracy across sponsor portals while maintaining confidentiality and patient safety.

The role emphasizes teamwork, documentation discipline, and interaction with sponsors, CROs and study teams to deliver high‑quality data quickly and ethically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience in life sciences OR
• Associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience in life sciences OR
• High School Graduate or technical degree with minimum of 3 years relevant experience in life sciences

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage clinical trials in accordance with the study protocol, GCP, ICH guidelines and Velocity SOPs.
• Coordinate with supervision: start up, vendor management, recruitment, scheduling, protocol training, regulatory documents, visits, data entry, and adverse event reporting.
• Implement research and administrative strategies to manage assigned protocols.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, leadership, subjects, sponsors, CROs, and vendors.
• Apply good documentation practices when collecting and correcting data and transferring to sponsor systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and Velocity data.
• Ensure patient safety and all adverse events are reported per protocol and SOPs.
